| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】ABO is related to the first discovered
blood group system, ABO. Which allele is present in an individual determines the blood group. The 'O' blood group is caused by a deletion of guanine-258 near the N-terminus of the protein which results in a frameshift and translation of an almost entirely different protein. Individuals with the A, B, and AB alleles express glycosyltransferase activities that convert the H antigen into the A or B antigen. Other minor alleles have been found for this ABO (1). Recommended Applications WB, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal lung, (B) 293T, and (C) fetal kidney lysates using anti-ABO RabMAb (cat. #5457-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the N-terminus of human ABO was used as an immunogen. |
