BDKRB2 associates with G proteins that stimulate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system (1). Recommended Applications WB, IP, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 FC: 1:100 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) NIH/3T3, (B) SH-SY5Y, (C) JAR, and (D) 293T cell lysates using anti-BDKRB2 RabMAb (cat. #3924-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized NIH/3T3 cells using anti-BDKRB2 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 3924-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues on the C-terminus in the intracellular domain of human BDKRB2 was used as an immunogen. |
