the conversion of betaine and homocysteine to dimethylglycine and methionine, respectively. Defects in this protein could lead to hyperhomocyst(e)inemia, but such a defect has not yet been observed (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
