| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】Caspase-9 is a member of the
cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) family. Sequential activation of caspases plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. Caspases exist as inactive proenzymes which undergo proteolytic processing at conserved aspartic residues to produce two subunits, large (35 kDa) and small (10 kDa), that dimerize to form the active enzyme. This protein is processed by caspase APAF1; this step is thought to be one of the earliest in the caspase activation cascade (1). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa cell treated with Camptothecin and (B) HeLa cell lysate using anti-Caspase-9 (p35) RabMAb (cat. #5103-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Caspase-9 (p35) was used as an immunogen. |
