Recommended Applications WB, IP, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa and (B) 293T cell lysates using anti-Cdc123 RabMAb (cat. #5259-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized 293T cells using anti-Cdc123 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5259-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Cdc123 was used as an immunogen. |
