| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】FLAP, along with 5-lipoxygenase, is required
for leukotriene synthesis. Leukotrienes are arachidonic acid metabolites that have been implicated in various types of inflammatory responses, including asthma, arthritis and psoriasis. It localizes to the plasma membrane. Inhibitors of its function impede translocation of 5-lipoxygenase from the cytoplasm to the cell membrane and inhibit 5-lipoxygenase activation (1). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Raji, (B) THP-1, (C) HepG2, and (D) K562 cell lysates using anti-FLAP RabMAb (cat. #5193-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human FLAP was used as an immunogen. |
