mammalian Atg8-related proteins: microtubule- associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3); Golgi-associated ATPase enhancer of 16 kDa (GATE16); and γ-aminobutyric-acid-type-A (GABAA)-receptor- associated protein (GABARAP). GATE16 is an intra-Golgi transport modulator that interacts with N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor (NSF) and the Golgi v-SNARE GOS-28 (1). It first stimulates the ATPase activity of NSF, which in turn stimulates the association with GOSR1 (2). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal brain, (B) human heart, (C) HeLa, and (D) human spleen lysates using anti-GATE16 RabMAb (cat. #5470-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GATE16 was used as an immunogen. |
