can induce cell growth arrest and apoptosis. It is a nuclear protein that physically interacts with the tumor suppressor protein TP53 and is a component of the p53 signaling pathway. Reduced expression of ING1 has been detected in various cancers (1). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HepG2, (B) HeLa, (C) MCF-7, (D) Jurkat, (E) C6, (F) RAW 264.7, (G) PC-12, and (H) NIH/3T3 cell lysates using anti-ING1 RabMAb (cat. #5318-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized NIH/3T3 cells using anti-ING1 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5318-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ING1 was used as an immunogen. |
