| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】KIF4A is a member of the kinesin 4 subfamily
of kinesin related proteins. It is an ATP dependent microtubule-based motor protein that is involved in the intracellular transport of membranous organelles. This protein also associates with condensed chromosome arms and may be involved in maintaining chromosome integrity during mitosis. KIF4A may also be involved in the organization of the central spindle prior to cytokinesis (1). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 FC: 1:100 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Cross reactivity with rat determined by sequence analysis only. Flow cytometric analysis of permeablized 293 cells using anti-KIF4A RabMAb (red) (catalog # 3896-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human KIF4A was used as an immunogen. |
