| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】LPP is a member of a subfamily of LIM
domain proteins that are characterized by an N-terminal proline rich region and three C-terminal LIM domains. This protein localizes to the cell periphery in focal adhesions and may be involved in cell-cell adhesion and cell motility. LPP also shuttles through the nucleus and may function as a transcriptional co-activator. It is located at the junction of certain disease related chromosomal translocations which result in the expression of chimeric proteins that may promote tumor growth (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 ICC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Caco-2, (B) HeLa, and (C) NIH/3T3 cell lysates using anti-LPP RabMAb (cat. #5497-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast tissue using anti-LPP RabMAb (cat. #5497-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-LPP RabMAb (cat. #5497-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues at the N-terminus of human LPP was used as an immunogen. |
