| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】CD50 is a member of the intercellular
adhesion molecule (ICAM) family. All ICAM proteins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, contain 2-9 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and bind to the leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein. CD50 is constitutively and abundantly expressed by all leukocytes and may be the most important ligand for LFA-1 in the initiation of the immune response. It functions not only as an adhesion molecule, but also as a potent signaling molecule. Recommended Applications WB, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 ICC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity Human Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HL-60, (B) Ramos, (C) THP-1, (D) U937, (E) Jurkat, (F) HuT-78 cell lysates using anti- CD50 RabMAb (cat. # 2942-1).
