Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal muscle, (B) Saos-2, (C) A431, (D) 293T, (E) K562, and (F) A549 lysates using anti-CLPP RabMAb (cat. #5383-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized K562 cells using anti-CLPP RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5383-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CLPP was used as an immunogen. |
