| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】DBF4 is a regulatory protein that is
required for Cdc7 kinase activation and forms a stable two-subunit complex with Cdc7. A two-subunit serine/threonine kinase, Cdc7-DBF4, is required for initiating DNA replication in all eukaryotes. Cdc7 is expressed at constant levels during the cell cycle, but DBF4 levels are cyclical and peak near the G1/S phase transition. Cdc7-DBF4 is recruited to replication origins to promote DNA synthesis by activating the MCM helicase (1).
