| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】FOXP3 is a forkhead-winged helix
transcription factor involved in immune function, and its expression has been used to define CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ suppressive regulatory T cells (Treg) (1). It has emerged as the most definitive marker for Treg, and it is thus crucial to thymic development and peripheral function (1). FOXP3 has been proven to be associated with immunoregulation, autoimmune diseases, infections, and tumor immune evasion/escape (2). Defects in FOXP3 are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy; enteropathy; and X-linked syndrome (IPEX), also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome (3). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000-10,000 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal brain, (B) HeLa, (C) 293T, (D) A375, (E) human spleen, (F) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), and (G) IM-9 cell lysates using anti-FOXP3 RabMAb (cat. # 3100-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human FOXP3 was used as an immunogen. |
