of Protein Tyrosine Kinase (PTK) expressed in T, NK, a n d mast cells (1). Structurally, Emtk/Itk/Tsk possesses a tyrosine kinase (TK), a pleckstrin homology (PH) a n d a TEC homology domain. It also contains both SRC homology 2 (SH2) a n d a SRC homology 3 (SH3) domains (2). It lacks as well the amino-terminal myristylation signal a n d the negative aut o r egulat o r y phosph o r ylation site present in all members of the Src family of PTKs (3). Additionally, the Src tyrosine kinase LCK is required f o r Emtk/Itk/Tsk activation a n d recruitment by CD28 (4). WB: 1:1,000-5,000 IHC: 1:250-500 Flow Cytometry: 1:80 IP: 1:50 A.
