adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Upon activation by ADP, GPR94 couples to G alpha i proteins to inhibit adenylyl cyclase activity and activate MAP kinases (1). It may play a role in hematopoiesis and the immune system. It is highly expressed in spleen and adult brain (2). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 5,000 Species Reactivity Human, Mouse, Rat Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) human spleen, (B) HeLa, (C) HepG2 and (D) Jurkat cell lysates using anti-GPR94 RabMAb (cat. #2750-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GPR94 was used as an immunogen. |
